Hood is a Graduate of Winchester School of Art, 2007, whose painting has been sponsored by the international design company Laura Ashley, and featured in BBC Hampshire Entertainment and Hampshire Society Magazine.
Hood’s work draws inspiration from interior design, patterns, fabrics and wallpaper. Hood juxtaposes elements of floral imagery with a mixture of painterly surfaces and textures. Stephanie’s work is exciting, decorative and unique.
Based at the Arches studio’s in Southampton since 2007 Stephanie has established herself as an emerging young artist, exhibiting her work in galleries including Stroud House Gallery in Gloucestershire and the Bargate Monument Gallery, Southampton.
